Someone stole a car and was involved in a hit-and-run in Covington, then crashed again in North Bend, running from police on Dec. 12th. The driver left Covington on I-90 at Exit 27 before crashing at 9400 384th Avenue Southeast. This person is a 5’5″ white male who is around 50. He was last seen wearing a hat, jeans, and a plaid shirt. Call 911 if you think you may have seen the man.
