POULSBO, WA – A woman was killed in a single-vehicle crash outside of Poulsbo when her car struck and downed a utility pole on Sunday night. The Kitsap Sun reports the accident took place close to 11:57 p.m. on the 16000 Block of Lemolo Shore Drive where responders found 27-year-old Danielle Lorraine Simpson in a Chevrolet Trailblazer that had crashed into a pole and was underneath live power lines. BREMERTON, WA – Two people were killed and two others were hospitalized after a vehicle in Bremerton went airborne and crashed into a building Saturday morning. KIRO reports the crash occurred close to 2 a.m. near Wheaton Way and Sheridan Roam when a the driver of a speeding vehicle northbound on Wheaton Way lost control of the car. The two fatalities were passengers in the vehicle, who were pronounced dead at the scene. The driver and another passenger were flown to Harborview Medical Center. CENTRAL KITSAP, WA – A man was hospitalized in critical condition after a car crash suspected to have been caused by a medical emergency Sunday night. The Kitsap Sun reports that close to 5 p.m., the driver, a 55-year-old male from Silverdale, veered into the oncoming lane near the Newberry Hill Road and Emery Boulevard intersection and crashed into a retaining wall. The man was airlifted to St. Michael Medical Center with serious injuries. No other injuries or damages are reported.
