Eighteen people were hurt when two buses crashed on I-5 and Mercer Street on Dec. 12th. Both buses were transporting Navy personnel. All of the eighteen injured were able to be assisted on site or at a hospital. No one is in critical condition. At 8:40a.m., the right lanes and an off-ramp were closed due to the accident.
