Narrative
WILBUR, WA – A 13-year-old sustained injuries Thursday in a collision involving a car and a motorcycle along a highway in northwest Lincoln County.
The accident happened around 7 p.m. on the eastbound side of WA-2 in front of the Dollar General in Wilbur.
Police say that a motorcycle attempted to pass a car as the latter vehicle was turning into Dollar General. The two vehicles collided, injuring the biker and a teen passenger from the car. Medics airlifted the motorcyclist to the hospital, while the teen passenger was transported via ground ambulance.
The driver of the car did not sustained injuries in the accident.
