Fiery motorcycle crash kills driver, injures passenger in East Spokane

SPOKANE, WA – A motorcycle crash in East Spokane resulted in one death and seriously injured one other person last Friday night, reports the Spokane Police Department.

The crash took place close to 11:30 p.m. on the 3800 block of E. Sprague Avenue where a single motorcycle reportedly crashed and caught fire.

The operator of the motorcycle was pronounced dead at the scene.

A female rider on the vehicle was rushed to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.

Speed is being considered as a cause of the crash. This accident is still under investigation at the time of this writing.
