CLARK CO., WA – A 20-year-old man died late last month in a wrong-way crash along a highway in Clark County.
The accident happened just after 11:30 p.m. on Sunday, June 30th, along WA-503 near mile marker 12. WA-503 runs north to south through the center of Clark County.
Police say the crash involved an SUV and a sedan. More specifically, the driver of a southbound Chevy Lumina entered the northbound side of WA-503 and crashed head-on into a northbound GMC Acadia.
The driver of the Chevy sedan, identified as D’Antai L. Nelson, sustained fatal injuries.
Medics transported the driver of the SUV to the hospital with undisclosed injuries.
