LAKE STEVENS, WA – At least one person died Friday morning after a collision involving multiple vehicles along the highway in Lake Stevens.
Emergency teams responded to the crash sometime before 6:45 a.m. on State Route 204 near Sunnyside Boulevard, which is northwest of Costco.
Police haven’t yet shared any details regarding the circumstances of the accident. It’s unclear how many vehicles were involved, how many people died or were injured, and what happened to cause the accident.
Officials say the crash blocked all lanes of WA-204 while crews worked to clean up the scene.
