Narrative
Johiadia Sealley, 24, drove off SR509 and crashed into a barrier, killing one of his passengers, on Feb. 1. Jalisa Paden, 20, was the female passenger who died in the accident. There was another passenger in the vehicle, Abraham Rodriguez, 20, and he was not harmed in the crash. The roadway was blocked from 1:21p.m. until about 6p.m. Sealley was held responsible for driving while intoxicated and for vehicular homicide.
